When shipping products to us for service/repair, first download the “Terms and Conditions of Account” and the “Service Order Request Web Form” PDF files (see button down below.)  Complete, sign, and include these documents along with your equipment.  When we receive your equipment we will contact you for the applicable payment due at check in.

If you are requesting warranty service we MUST have a legible copy of the original sales receipt showing the product, authorized selling dealer, serial number and purchase date. No warranty repair will even be queued before the purchase reciept is received and verified.

CAREFULLY package your equipment for protection.  Protection includes sufficient packing material, adequate box strength, proper size allowances for all dimensions.  For best protection (if available) use the manufacturer’s original box and packing materials.  If further information is needed regarding proper packing, consult the shipper’s website for their shipping standards.

Caution: even though you have insured your equipment against shipping damage, it doesn’t necessarily mean the shipper will approve a damage claim.  The equipment must be packed properly according to the shipping company’s standards.  Please consider using the in-store packing services at the FedEx Store or UPS Store.
